Meat Raffles: Classic or Dud?

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:13 (twenty-two years ago)

Juice your meats regularly in a blender for the fresh taste of meat jucie.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:13 (twenty-two years ago)

I fell for it awhile ago.. and it's a dud, it tastes like Sunny Delite.

But have you tried the new Minutemaid Limeade? I'm interested... very interested....

andy, Friday, 6 February 2004 19:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Meat juice street-team strikes again

strongo hulkington (dubplatestyle), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:18 (twenty-two years ago)

a juicer is U&K and i mean BIG TIME. they should be built into countertops!

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:23 (twenty-two years ago)

and Spencer is right, too, about frozen J! there is NOTHING in the pure premium stable that has the effect of that first frothy glass after you've mixed it up. tiny ice crystals still dissolving. damn!

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:27 (twenty-two years ago)

I needs me a shit ton o' pulp in my OJ.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:28 (twenty-two years ago)

umm. if you live in california you can usually get them 2 for 1 at the supermarket (when there isn't a grocery strike going on)

vahid (vahid), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:28 (twenty-two years ago)

i am sort of hooked on the ruby red grapefruit, myself.

vahid (vahid), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:28 (twenty-two years ago)

I love orange juice, once it's cold I'll drink any brand. VERY cold.

Ronan (Ronan), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:29 (twenty-two years ago)

he effect of that first frothy glass after you've mixed it up.

did you have Orange Julius or it's equivalent growing up? they would take OJ, put it in a blender with powdered sugar and a raw egg, and it would come out as the most amazing frothy orange thing ever.

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:32 (twenty-two years ago)

also, Ronan likes orange juice and... revenge!

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:32 (twenty-two years ago)

Nickalicious, me too! But that's what Pure Premium Grovestand is for!

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:35 (twenty-two years ago)

haha!

Ronan (Ronan), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:36 (twenty-two years ago)

I just buy oranges and juice 'em myself. But I would.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:37 (twenty-two years ago)

plus am i right that those cartons w/the plastic nozzle welded on are totally unrecyclable? all the same i give the blood orange a good long look in the shops. i never saw that in the US and it is truly delicious.

Tracer Hand (tracerhand), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:40 (twenty-two years ago)

You've never seen them in the US? I thought they were widely available.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:41 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm a lazy fuck who can't be arsed with peeling oranges. So I have Tropicana in my fridge all the time.

Dizzee's pronunciation of "Tropicana" in "Fix Up Look Sharp": C/D?

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:41 (twenty-two years ago)

at 2.49 pounds per pint

insane! It is on sale for $1.50 for SIX PINTS at the supermarket now.

tokyo rosemary (rosemary), Friday, 6 February 2004 19:59 (twenty-two years ago)

Rosemary, you're kidding, right? 6 pints = 96 oz. We're talking $5.29, and no less than $3.79 on sale.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:07 (twenty-two years ago)

I am serious! "Tropicana Pure Premium 96oz. Juice 1/2 Price 1.49 You Save 1.50 MFR"

tokyo rosemary (rosemary), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:15 (twenty-two years ago)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:18 (twenty-two years ago)

Oh dear, Ned, you've just added a whole new meaning to the Shop-Rite flyer.

tokyo rosemary (rosemary), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:22 (twenty-two years ago)

motherfuckers retail price.

martin m. (mushrush), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:23 (twenty-two years ago)

"You got the motherfucker's guarantee RIGHT HERE."

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:25 (twenty-two years ago)

This reminds me of Samuel Jackson Ale.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:27 (twenty-two years ago)

What's the motherfucker's retail price on mini-donuts?

martin m. (mushrush), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:27 (twenty-two years ago)

Quentin Tarantino's Pulped Orange Juice

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:29 (twenty-two years ago)

mmmmm mini-donuts

tokyo rosemary (rosemary), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:31 (twenty-two years ago)

Quentin Tarantino's Pulped Orange Juice

Which is actually just everybody else's juice repackaged and resold.

martin m. (mushrush), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:32 (twenty-two years ago)

rosemary is right this oj is always on sale

vahid (vahid), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:32 (twenty-two years ago)

Which is actually just everybody else's juice repackaged and resold.

Which Momus will then refuse to buy for the way it portrays oranges.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:33 (twenty-two years ago)

(Without having tasted it first.)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:34 (twenty-two years ago)

"There's something inherently conservative about the taste of orange juice...which is one of the reasons I prefer the 'otherness' of lime juice".

El Diablo Momustico (Nicole), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:38 (twenty-two years ago)

This new psuedonym fills me with extreme glee.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 6 February 2004 20:38 (twenty-two years ago)

it is cheap because they added Sweetener 2000 to it. for the people they couldn't get to drink diet coke for breakfast

boxcubed (boxcubed), Saturday, 7 February 2004 17:55 (twenty-two years ago)

it's the only brand of golden grapefruit juice they seem to sell around here

zaxxon25 (zaxxon25), Saturday, 7 February 2004 23:11 (twenty-two years ago)
