I cant think of anything. I can think of lots of over-rated stuff being the moan that I am, but I can't think of anything under-rated. I'll be liking Slipknot in no time at this rate.

Flippant again as usual, sorry. This kind of reminds me of the thing in the David Eggers AHWOSG in the mag "What's Hot and What's Not" article:

what's hot -- the sun, flames, lava

what's not -- the moon, ice, lava (solidified)

Overrated: Cold Brew Iced Coffee, especially with prices creeping up to the $5-6 range
Underrated: medium roast colombian coffee, a trusty standby currently getting lost in a sea of specialty coffees
