David Bohm wrote a book called Wholeness and the Implicate Order. That's the only place I've ever seen that phrase. (I haven't read the book.)

Maybe you have better security than I do. I have Norton Internet Security and that's it (plus some anti-spyware/adware stuff, but that's just for scanning for it, I think).
