Techie Q: How you make a 'video disc'?

I have (as we all probably do) a few singles with videos on.

Put them in the DVD player, video is not playable.

Extract them onto a CDR, still no.

Is there a program that writes / creates a video disc? VACD or whatever it's called?

If so, any good?

VCD and SVCD are Mpeg2 files of a certain format they can be written using Nero.

If you are on a Mac Toast allows to to creat VCD and SVCD discs if you so desire
