Can we talk about pickled jalapeno peppers?

I love them. Except I always find that refrigerating them causes them to develop nasty freezer-burn-like qualities, which microwaving doesn't fix. Do other people experience this and, if so, how do you handle the situation?

Are they spicier than fresh jalapeno peppers? I once ate a burrito chockful with j peppers. I didn't order any drink. I cried and spit fire.

no, they are much milder than fresh. I haven't noticed this Sundar. I love them too.

Jalapeno Peppers are classic. I like the the ones that are cut up that you can put on nachos. Never experienced the frezer burn effect, but I'd reccomend eating them faster.

Pickled chillies of all sots are good. I love the long pale green turkish ones. Shouldn't need to be refrigerated at all, they are pickled after all.
