I just read this thread, after posting somewhere else, and usually i just cruise through but, y'know, whatever this person has against Luna should be taken somewhere else.
To whoever you are: Why don't you turn your passion onto hating something less innocent than Luna or puppies? perhaps you can turn that hatred into something constructive - hate the things that make you so bitter, or that made your parents abuse you - or turn in towards yourself, and figure out that that is self destruction. In defence of YSFC, this is exactly how terminal illness, or having to live through it, or with its after-effects (watching your loved one die, life post-loved one) affects one's mind. I have gone very near this point on ILx too many times in the past but there's a safety valve in my head which clicks into place when I realise I've gone too far, stopped it and apologised for any hurt caused.

So my sympathies objectively go out to both Luna and YSFC.

life just pretty much sucks sometimes. But...sometimes you have to toss all of your troubles up into the air, and see what falls down around your feet. If you feel overwhelmed then you ARE overwhelmed. Sometimes, when I toss it all into the air, I try to look at the sky and the trees while waiting for everything to fall down around me.
And then I pick up whatever has landed most close.
i also listen to old records and make copious phone calls and generally disintegrate into a needy existence. These are my tools to hold despair at bay. Oh, yeah, and wine as well. But not the Luna di Luna - the bottle is pretty, but it's not very yummy.
I hope you can see a future right now - something just for you.
