why is it when a glass werer goes to contacts do they always have black circles under there eyes that then fade away with time?

Maybe they're not used to getting direct sunlight on the skin around their eyes? I wear glasses, and I've never worn contacts, but it seems like the area just around my eyes is generally paler than the rest of my face, in the summertime at least.

Yeah my glasses have UV filter in them, so I have pale greyish circles round my eyes, which is kind of annoying actually.
