It doesn't matter how many people live or don't live past 40 (or in
Laura's case 36). It's in the genes and you're doomed from the
moment of conception.
It could or couldn't have something to do with additives and/or
Chernoybl and/or WWII experiments and/or Harrisburg/Sellafield and/or
whatever but knowing what causes any perceived rise doesn't help if
an individual ends up literally strangled by the generic ball and
chain under which s/he has struggled for all her/his life.
I worked in one of the world's leading cancer hospitals and couldn't
do anything to save my nearest and dearest. Says it all.
