Biomonitoring is used to test blood for chemicals such as PCBs (Poly Chlorinated Biphenyls) and PBDEs (Poly Brominated Diphenyl Ethers) build up in the human body over time.

As a good life extensionist wannabe I started to search how I could pass tests like that to check the state that I'm in.

My mom had murcery contamination in which the mercury gets in your brain, and results in memory loss. She couldn't remember anything. She's better now, though. Mercury is found in salmon and dental fillings.
