Tonight I cooked sausage&brie quesadillas with tomato paste & spices. tomato paste is my new favorite food--it's so cheap and you can spread it on anything! crackers? grilled cheese? hamburger? love love love. (and you can use it & water & spices to stretch out a can of store bought tomato sauce.)
