I'm split on this.

I know ILX is an acronym that means I Love (X), where x is a variable. So, I Love Music, Everything, Books, etc.

And the -or suffix is kind of a nominalisation.

Funny thing is, I always naturally interpreted this as incorrect, because my mind wants to do this ILXer, not ILXor.

So the split part comes as what Aimless said above, I Love XOR. So when I say it, I say it this way, not I-L-X'er.

As you are hinting, sometimes try to parse ILXOR as some kind of computer instruction, where the OR is logical OR rather than a (Swedish?) pluralizer. So ILX + OR, with ILX a basic assembly language instruction meaning something like, say, I Load and eXecute an instruction, or "(I=)One Load and eXecute) and the extended functionality being ILXOR which means "I (or One) Load and eXecute OR (I jump to somewhere else)"
