What do I do with 50 small cards that say I Love Music on them?

My wonderful friend who runs a record store dropped them by for me after I got all excited in his store when I saw this:

The cards are on stiff card stock, thicker than playing cards and just a bit wider as well. They are purple with a red heart like above on them.
