This is the same JJ Jackson who wrote songs for Mary Wells, the Shangri-Las, Barbara Lewis and many, many more. The same JJ Jackson who had the first US R&B number one with a record made in England (But It's Alright - classic, go find it if you ain't got it), the man who started out in brilliantly-named The Greatest Little Soul Band In The Land. And they didn't mention any of THIS? Sheesh.
