Classic! You can play "Got Your Own Nose" and you will always know which hand the penny is in.

I'm My Own Grandpa ( Lonzo & Oscar )

It sounds funny, I know,
But it really is so,
Oh, I'm my own grandpa.
I'm my own grandpa.
I'm my own grandpa.
It sounds funny, I know,
But it really is so,
Oh, I'm my own grandpa.

Now many, many years ago, when I was twenty-three,
I was married to a widow who was pretty as could be.
This widow had a grown-up daughter who had hair of red.
My father fell in love with her, and soon they, too, were wed.
This made my dad my son-in-law and changed my very life,
My daughter was my mother, cause she was my father's wife.
To complicate the matter, even though it brought me joy,
I soon became the father of a bouncing baby boy.

My little baby then became a brother-in-law to Dad,
And so became my uncle, though it made me very sad.
For if he was my uncle, then that also made him brother
Of the widow's grown-up daughter, who, of course, was my stepmother.

Father's wife then had a son who kept him on the run,
And he became my grandchild, for he was my daughter's son.
My wife is now my mother's mother, and it makes me blue,
Because, although she is my wife, she's my grandmother, too.

Now if my wife is my grandmother, then I'm her grandchild,
And everytime I think of it, it nearly drives me wild,
For now I have become the strangest case you ever saw
As husband of my grandmother, I am my own grandpa!

I'm my own grandpa.
I'm my own grandpa.
It sounds funny, I know, but it really is so,
Oh, I'm my own grandpa.

I love how they put it in perspective, with the final paragraph.

"I felt she needed extra care as she is old. I can look after her better as a husband than as a grandson,"

HUH?! WT...F?!

Last June, a nine-year-old Indian girl was married to a dog near Calcutta after a priest told her parents the wedding would ward off evil.

It's funny because their clothes are different!

And then, upon finding out the strange time-travel related circumstances around his grandfather's untimely death, the young man stabbed out his eyes....

What was wrong with a dog near Bombay?

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Friday, 19 March 2004 22:10 (twenty-two years ago)

I don't know if the dog's hometown matters. According to news sources, she'd grown an extra upper tooth and her father was worried about evil spirits.

I think he just picked any old random dog - it was arranged. But she's free to see other dogs if she likes, according to sources.

The sad thing about the dog-girl marriage is that the father had the ceremony performed several times, so all the journalists and photographers who wanted to could attend. You can see by the photos that both child and dog are getting more and more weary and annoyed. Initially, the dog wore makeup but in later photos he's back into his street clothes.

What is the Hindu position on gays marrying?

jim wentworth (wench), Saturday, 20 March 2004 05:08 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm sure the Kama Sutra has a section on that.
