The feel, the look, the reflectivity and sometimes the smell, its mobility, its adaptability.

Take for example: I just got the D* C*p* 2k2 (am I allowed to mention that?) and read the Strokes Thread -- I would never have ventured past the first couple posts reading online about a band I have no interest in whatsoever, whereas in its printed form, I read and even enjoyed it and understood it better, and if the whole thread had been reproduced, I would've read it in its entirety.

So paper has a calmness, a slower pace that lets me appreciate its content more than sprites on a monitor can do.

Mmmm paper! I love paper. I buy cool blank or lined notebooks, I have tons of them and I havent even used them all. I love the smell of paper and pencils in stationery shops, I love buying fancy coloured and shiny papers, home made ones, making my own xmas cards, painting watercolour on soft rough paper...

I just came home from Staples with 2500 sheets of 24 lb. 108 brightness friggin PAPER. Cost me 32 bucks. Gawd, what a deal.

My job basically consists of wasting paper and destroying the environment. if the legal and insurance industries weaned themselves off of their addiction to paper, we could regrow the rainforest in like, weeks.
