I get something like 4 or 5 variations on this ("complaints from our users about a large volume of spam/viruses originatin from you domain" is one other), each w/an attachment,usually with a .pif extension. In the real, non idiot virus writerworld, ".co.uk" is woolworths' website. I kind of get the feeling thatcomplaining to woolworths would be a waste of their and my time though,plus, I can hardly filter ".co.uk", can I? Someone on a mail list I'm on got a load of them claiming to be from v3riz0n.net.
