The only thing that will burn off fat is having your calorific intake be lower than the calories you expend in exercise.

There are these mythic so-called "fat burning" foods, such as celery where the calories derived from eating them are less than the calories expended by the physical act of metabolising food. Food like this is "safe" in that you will not get fat by eating it, therefore it's a good snack food if you are trying to lose weight and want to fill yourself up. But there is NO food on earth which can actually burn fat.
