El Albaicin in Granada, the courtyards of Cordoba, Zuheros, Arcos de la Frontera, the Roman baths at Jaen, the caves at Guadix, but best of all, the rooftop pool at El Anon, Jimena de la Frontera. You can lie on your back and gaze at the crumbling Moorish castle on the hill.

Bit warm in summer, mind.
