How to gum up the US legal system when in prison -- copyright your name!

That's ridiculous. You can't copyright a name. Isn't there some easy of dealing with a hassle lawsuit like that? "Even if you were right, you'd be wrong, thus your case is moot."

I would be happy to see this all be a hoax that slipped through CNN's fact-checking department.
