Ah, but Taco Bell has no Play Palace.

Prude (Prude), Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:32 (twenty-two years ago)

I think I'll just vomit.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:32 (twenty-two years ago)

I would have to say that Taco Bell is better.
I love bean burritos!

Lady Mary Or SOmething, Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:33 (twenty-two years ago)

Prude, you should check out the Taco Bell restrooms.

David R. (popshots75`), Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:33 (twenty-two years ago)

Ha! Gives new meaning to the phrase "ball crawl," I'm sure.

Prude (Prude), Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:35 (twenty-two years ago)

I stole some of the balls from the Play Palace!!! lmao!

Lady Mary Or SOmething, Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:35 (twenty-two years ago)

Down with McDonald's!
Hooray for Taco Bell!

Lady Mary Or SOmething, Sunday, 28 March 2004 21:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Jack in the box.

Oh, but those tacos are greasy!

But, they have the seasoned curly fries! (also very greasy)

And I'll get their milk shakes every once in a while.

This is a trivial question for vegetarians.

Casuistry (Chris P), Sunday, 28 March 2004 22:58 (twenty-two years ago)

Although "Chocotaco vs. Shamrock Shake" might be interesting.

Casuistry (Chris P), Sunday, 28 March 2004 22:59 (twenty-two years ago)

They have Mc vegie burgers at Mcdonals don't they? Although in the ad they do say "Mc vegie burger may come in contact with meat"

Aja (aja), Sunday, 28 March 2004 23:02 (twenty-two years ago)

The Shamrock Shake is ground up meat though, Chris.

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Sunday, 28 March 2004 23:05 (twenty-two years ago)

Meat by-products, anyhow.

there's no song by the electric six that mentions "mcdonald's"

therefore taco bell wins

Aja (aja), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:18 (twenty-two years ago)

I have never knowingly eaten Taco Bell.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:19 (twenty-two years ago)

I do frequently. It's right by where I work and open late. I love Taco Bell.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:35 (twenty-two years ago)

We dont have Tac Bell in Australia. Therefore, Taco Bell wins for being kind enough to stay the hell away.

Trayce (trayce), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:39 (twenty-two years ago)

Yes, but you have Taco Bill.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:40 (twenty-two years ago)

Shhhhh! ;)

Trayce (trayce), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:41 (twenty-two years ago)

Don't worry, Aja, metaphor gets covered in 8th grade I think. ;-)

Clarke B. (Clarke B.), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:51 (twenty-two years ago)

Taco Bell has 7-layer burritos and is so, so cheap = Taco Bell is clearly the best.

kirsten (kirsten), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:53 (twenty-two years ago)

For a while, at least in Canada, Taco Bell and KFried used to often be found sharing a roof. I will now make two jokes.
I'm not sure what I want, but I really don't want a burger.
blah-blah-blah gay marriage.

I didn't say they'd be good jokes.

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 04:59 (twenty-two years ago)

They are often found sharing a roof in the States as well. They have the same parent company -- more like brother than lovers.

Casuistry (Chris P), Monday, 29 March 2004 05:27 (twenty-two years ago)

Was pepsi the parent company?
I think they've split up now, though. Here at least, KF kicked out TB and now throws wild parties that inevitably end with the police showing up.

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 05:43 (twenty-two years ago)

Why are you still awake? Did you get AIM and not tell anyone?

Pepsi was, although I think that is no longer true.

Casuistry (Chris P), Monday, 29 March 2004 06:06 (twenty-two years ago)

I pity the fool who thinks Taco Bell is in any way affiliated with the food or, indeed, anything else connected to Mexico. Or even Mexican-American. On the other hand, McDonald's is... so... plastic. If I eat there, it's out of pure desperation.

So this thread question really is a case of "Would you rather die by getting stabbed or being suffocated?", isn't it?

Many Coloured Halo (Dee the Lurker), Monday, 29 March 2004 06:13 (twenty-two years ago)

I don't even know what AIM is. I mean, I know about what happened at Oglala, but I don't think that's the AIM we're talking about.
I think I know what it is anyhow, and I'm totally against it. Too disruptive.
I don't what I'm doing still awake. I think I'm going to bed soon, but I pretty much napped all day. And then I went over to my parents for Sunday dinner, and for some reason, my parents were all excited to show me the websites of all the bed and breakfasts they've been staying in since they got the travel bug a couple of years ago. Maybe this story will best be finished in another thread, during another sleep cycle.

AIM = AOL Instant Messenger, where all the cool (read: uncool) kids hang. Like me.

Casuistry (Chris P), Monday, 29 March 2004 08:07 (twenty-two years ago)

Also, per Dee's point, the cravings for Taco Bell and the cravings for Mexican food are entirely unrelated.
