Surely this can't be right.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:56 (twenty-two years ago)

Also - is it weightist?

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:57 (twenty-two years ago)

Who came up with that?

Aja (aja), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:58 (twenty-two years ago)

God.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:59 (twenty-two years ago)

And Martha Stewart.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 00:59 (twenty-two years ago)

He wouldn't say such a thing!

Lord, was it you who said this?

Aja (aja), Monday, 29 March 2004 01:00 (twenty-two years ago)

That post reads very Irish.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 01:02 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm part Irish.

Aja (aja), Monday, 29 March 2004 01:04 (twenty-two years ago)

That makes sense!

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 01:06 (twenty-two years ago)

You wouldn't think so if you saw me.

Aja (aja), Monday, 29 March 2004 01:06 (twenty-two years ago)

not to break up this amazing Adam/Aja banter, but isn't it "if you're NOT living on the edge..."

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 04:14 (twenty-two years ago)

hahaha!

...yes

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:25 (twenty-two years ago)

Okay, now go back to what you were discussing...

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 04:29 (twenty-two years ago)

I thought it made no sense before! I just figured nothing made sense today.

Trayce (trayce), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:33 (twenty-two years ago)

i was thinking it was supposed to be like "if you're living on the edge, you're taking up too much space - why don't you just jump off already?"

John (jdahlem), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:38 (twenty-two years ago)

"isn't it 'if you're NOT living on the edge...'"

no, it's about caring. Care is directly proportional to the value of space. living on the edge is equivalent to living with less care, and therefore the space the person fills is decreased in value and so it seems they are taking up too much. (also those people usually move faster)

Another possible theory is that everyone wants out and people on the edge are taking up all the space there (while not going out) where others could make their passage.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:45 (twenty-two years ago)

...So Aja, you don't look Irish, eh?

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Monday, 29 March 2004 04:46 (twenty-two years ago)

I look Irish. But not Irish.

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 04:48 (twenty-two years ago)

...So Aja, you don't look Irish, eh?

No. Not at all. I don't really resemble the nationalities I am. A few people have asked if I was Latina. My family doesn't even come from that part of the world!

Aja (aja), Sunday, 4 April 2004 15:43 (twenty-two years ago)

Latina. Rarr.

Francis Watlington (Francis Watlington), Sunday, 4 April 2004 17:26 (twenty-two years ago)
