you should have waited to have sex. see how god punishes you?

Your hair will be white by the time you're thirty. That's life.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:25 (twenty-two years ago)

I have one grey hair, I think...

Boys find grey hair hott. Honestly. Just probably not the boys at your age.

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:45 (twenty-two years ago)

once your pubic hair turns gray, then it's time to worry.

Kingfish Hypercolor (Kingfish), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Who cares why it's gray. Just dye it and get on with your life.

Embrace the greyness! Don't listen to her with her lustrous, honey-coloured hair withough a speck of grey :)

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:50 (twenty-two years ago)

There's nothing unhealthy about grey hair; just happens earlier for some people. Others in your family probably were prematurely grey as well.

I'm 30 and about 40% grey. :(

Ask For Samantha (thatgirl), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:56 (twenty-two years ago)

I have a lot of grey/white in my beard. I don't have a beard anymore, but when I did, I loved the grey.

The Huckle-Buck (Horace Mann), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:57 (twenty-two years ago)

I have no idea what color my hair would actually be if I ever stopped dying it, but I'm pretty sure a good percentage of it would be grey.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 13:59 (twenty-two years ago)

I had a friend at uni who was 17 when I met her, and she had a good smattering of grey already. She had thick black wiry/wavy hair, and it looked really different, and made her stand out.

There's nothing you can do, and I personally won't go down the dyeing route, as I've seen too many bad dye jobs. It's not too bad when you've only got a couple, but it's incredibly hard to go back to natural once you've started using permanent dye, and eventually you end up with colours looking totally unnatural because they're going on predominantly grey/white hair, and when it starts growing the roots look absolutely ridiculous.

Vicky (Vicky), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:01 (twenty-two years ago)

my ex found grey hairs on my head first when i was 23. it happens.

Kingfish Hypercolor (Kingfish), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:09 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, I first noticed 'em a year or two ago; within the last few months they seem to be coming in stronger. I sorta don't mind. I'm actually looking forward to the salt-n-pepper at the temples look.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:35 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm 28 and my youthful looks are only maintained by frequent Search & Destroy missions, undertaken by my girlfriend, against the many greys in my barnet.

robster (robster), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:41 (twenty-two years ago)

I also thought I would just let the grey come in and not dye.

Then I started going grey.

I think if I didn't dye I'd look 5-10 yrs older and I'm not ready for that.

Ask For Samantha (thatgirl), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:42 (twenty-two years ago)

Could be worse. I have male relatives who were almost completely bald by their early 20s.

Lee G (Lee G), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 14:47 (twenty-two years ago)

The grey is really movin' in on me now. Oh well. I quote MCA from the Beastie Boys:

"I got more rhymes than I got grey hairs, and that's a lot, 'cos I got my share!"

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Wednesday, 31 March 2004 15:03 (twenty-two years ago)

I've been going grey since I was 18 or so, it's not a problem, I've only died it a couple of times, and that was with a red dye anyway, which just made my head glow under disco lights.

I wouldn't mind going Gray though

Logically, most of my grey clusters around the sideburn area hair. And you wonder why I dislike it so.
