My new toy. On a Vodafone contract. When I try to send pictures it says Network Fail, and when people send me pictures I get referred to the Vodafone live website to view it. This is SO not good.

The website offered an option to configure my phone settings - which I followed, but this has made not the blindest bit of difference and I am MUCHO pissed off innit?

My boyfriend has the same phone on the same contract, he bought it a few months ago and could send photos (albeit tastless ones) straight away.

Please can someone save my sanity, I so don't want to have to go back to the shop for a 'tutorial'.

phone up vodaphone and they should be able to talk you through the set-up

T-mobile did this for me and I'm glad they did as it was as complicated as buying a glastonbury ticket

Thanks. Hope the pace picks up in here so my manager won't see me phoning amongst the choas.

When you purchase a 2002 or later model BMW 7-Series they make you take three days of classes at the dealership to learn how to work the central "brain" controlled by a big grey counterintuitive knob that dictates about a hundred different commands depending on which y-plane sub-quadrant the knob is situated while you are actually turning it.

Ah wait, a grammatical omission. Let me try that again.

They make you take the course? What like refuse to sell you the car if you can't attend?
