American Spirit Lights, 4 smokes a day at most. I'm fresh out now, so none for the past couple of days.

And do you limit yourself as far as when you will smoke? I only smoke while drinking coffee or beer. No other times. It sort of forces me to keep myself in check and not turn into Robert Mitchum circa 1996

I maxed out at a pack a day a couple of years ago, but that was only for a couple of months. Down to 4 or 5 Marlboro Reds a day now. I find I only smoke while drinking caffeine or alcohol, or whilst driving.

Lucky Strike Filers, about 3/4 a pack per day.

Though sometimes I'll switch for a week to Bali Shag and roll my own, at the tune of about the same (fifteen or so smokes a day). Though that pack will last for three days or so.

I'm a firm believer in switching one's brands as much as possible. it's a purer nicotine addiction: u avoid getting hooked on all those other chemicals.* Generally my favourite is Benson and Hedges, though I also like: Camels (the exotic bensons), Embassy Number Ones (quite a lot of my liking 4 these is asking 4 them), Regal King Size and Filter, Gauloise and Gitanes on a special occasion.

Smoking filter cigarettes 2 much can leave a little rawthroated, so in roll up terms, there's nothing finer than Drum Halfzware Shag. Sadly my current financial predicament mean it's Golden Virginia from Paddy's Market from me.

When I was doing my finals i smoked 20 Mayfair menthol in a 4 hour period. them were the days. now i'm down 2 about 10 a day (again not factoring in a visit 2 a pub, then it can just go silly. Another good things about roll ups: UR never sure how many U smoked.)

Camel Filters or Gauloises if I'm feeling pretentious. My max was 2.5-3 packs a day, now down to ~.75-1. I'm trying to quit right now but that is leading to consumption of huge amounts of carrot cake and Lucky Charms and I think I prefer cancer to being fat.

I like the Lucky Strike filters, but the BP across the street doesn't have them, so I usually smoke Marlboro Reds, averaging about 10 a day. More when I'm drinking, fewer when I'm not. I think I had three yesterday. But It's 1:15 and I've already had five today. And I'm not even drinking yet.

Marlboro Ultra Lights, just under a pack a day. That way...I get the annoyance of every morning or night having only a few left and wondering when the best time is to go get more. And should I buy a carton? Or does that make me smoke more? And do I really hate ULTRA lights, or is it the IDEA of ultra lights that I hate? I prefer regular lights, but keep thinking I'm doing a good thing by smoking ULTRA CRAPS.
Anyone have any success quitting???
