smee (smee), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:22 (twenty-one years ago)

Coronation Street is great

C J (C J), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:22 (twenty-one years ago)

don't watch any soaps before 5.35 (except neighbours at lunchtime (actually i probably haven't watched neighbours for 5 years, what's happening these days?))

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Hollyoaks makes Sunday mornings worthwhile. Or, erm, made. I haven't watched it in a while.

Steve - TS: Home and Away v Neighbours

Matt DC (Matt DC), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:24 (twenty-one years ago)

Me too Kate, dunno what happenend, just seemed to lose interest. Isn't it on on a Saturday morning now too?

smee (smee), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:32 (twenty-one years ago)

No, it's still on on Sundays. I used to watch it before rehearsals. I stopped watching it around the time that Flynn - or whatever his name was, the hott blonde boy with the thing for older women, predictably... - left the show to go present Saturday morning kids shows or whatever it was he did with his life...

Super-Kate (kate), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:36 (twenty-one years ago)

i did once see an episode of coronation street, but that was before i had decided to move here, and i wasn't really concentrating. it has more humor than most, yes? might check that out again.

i see family affairs goes out five nights a week. might that satisfy?

Anya_Z, Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

Isn't Finn on that Sky thing about air stewards or sumfink now?

I think it's on Sat AND Sun, could be wrong though.

Family Affairs? Noooooooooo! That's were old soap stars go to die.

smee (smee), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:41 (twenty-one years ago)

Is he? ::shocked and horrified:: Well, I don't have Sky, so see if I fancy him any more! Humph!

Super-Kate (kate), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Hollyoaks is terrible, yet I often find myself watching it on a Sunday morning. I blame not being hungover.

Ricardo (RickyT), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Hollyoaks is not as bad as some though, and you it's about the only thing on weekend mornings so it gets my vote.

smee (smee), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 08:55 (twenty-one years ago)

"Family Affairs? Noooooooooo! That's were old soap stars go to die."

but it must have pretty good viewing figures to be on every night? i guess the old soap stars will all be new to me..

Near enough. They all come over here, steal our jobs, shag our women, sue our edgy style mags...

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 7 April 2004 10:51 (twenty-one years ago)

Anya_Z, Wednesday, 7 April 2004 11:06 (twenty-one years ago)
