Inkjets: New Technology?

Is this a good time to buy a new inkjet printer or are there any technical upgrades imminent? I am considering an Epson 2100 because I need A3+, but it has been out some time. Anybody know what Epson has in the pipeline? Or anyone else? Don Howard.

Why choose inkjet over laserjet? They cost more initially, but the refills on inkjets are very expensive and don't last as long as laser toner. And the print quality is much better.

We were just having problems with our inkjet for our Epson printer a few days ago.
