As someone who has walked by there thousands of times, and will thousands more, this is both unreal and thoroughly depressing. Arguably thr best video store in the city (which was a crucial source for hard to find films and the like) was totally destroyed, and I don't know about cosmos, it being essentially the same thing as suspect but for rare vinyl, but I don't think it's going to be good. No one was seriously injured, but I mean, fuck, the lost homes, business, and that part of the street are just destroyed. I'm not going to even be able to bring myself to walk by it for awhile.
