How to Cut Hair

I need help on cutting my own hair. Im so fed up with how the hairstylest does it and i want to handle it myself. Can anyone help me get the style i want without ruining my hair!?

All I can tell you is that if you hold a section of your hair between your fingers, pull it down straight, then cut it (especially your fringe) it ends up much much shorter than you had hoped for.

You just need to find a hairstylest who knows how to cut your kind of hair. Usually these will be hairstylests with the same hair type as you.

I used to cut my own hair when I was a teenager. I once went to some rock gig with a half finished haircut (and I mean three inches longer on one side than the other..crazy days). I don't recommend it. Obviously you can't see what you're doing at the back very well. Nowadays after I've had a haircut I will often chop bits off here and there to improve it but I always feel dirty afterwards.

Can't you get a friend to do it?

buzz it down, then pour hot candle wax all over it down.

It depends on what you want to do with it and what type of hair you have. I've got superstraight hair, so I just whack it really short. It takes vigilance though, I have to snip at it 3-4 times a week.
