Madonna's yogi (her name is Gumurkha or something like that) was on an LA morning show with a bunch of firemen. I did the wakeup yoga routine along with them while taking a break from putting together 320 mistletoe sprigs for some awful Sears commercial. Look for my handiwork on your TV screens this holiday season, American IL*ers! I've been imagineering!

Mac n' Jack's, two ciders, a glass of Merlot, and a Pabst Blue Ribbon last Thursday. Got 4 hours of sleep to have to wake up for a meeting the next morning. And I was actually a) not hungover, and b) quite alive. So, somewhere in there, panache had something to do with it.

My room's on the ground floor and the figurative kitchen is on the 2nd floor. You see my take hose stairs (We have proper floor-to-ceiling posts on every corner for swinging round). Especially this afternoon running to grab my minidisc recorder to sample something on TV I spotted channel flicking.

on wednesday i bought a bottle of cheap wine, drank it alone in my bedroom and serenaded myself with "Boys of Summer" by Don Henley. i did the grandest little dance routine and afterwards my flatmates, as per usual, grumbled about me being the loudest singer in the world.
