Um, well, I'm not a huge Rilo Kiley fan to start with, so I may be the wrong person to ask. I went with Sarah because she wanted to go and I bought her the tickets for her birthday. You can see some comments from both of us on the "Write a letter to a person who's been annoying you" thread.

Oh, I'm not a huge fan either - I just have an inexplicable affection for them. I probably can't name an element of their music I like, but all together I kind of like it.

I guess I'm on the flipside of the same coin: something about them turns me off, but I'm not sure what. The music is pretty, she's a good singer, the lyrics are reasonably intelligent, it's even kinda catchy, but I just can't get excited by them.
