The oh-so-obvious Nrop folder. Well, except that I buried it very deep into system folder hierarchy, so unless you were hunting for it, no chance of finding it.

I also sometimes changed file extensions to my initials when I don't want people casually opening and/or previewing the contents.

This all being said, I don't think I've done anything like this in the past two or three years.

In high school, I used to write various sexual fantasies (they weren't quite erotic "stories" in that they never really made it into full-fledged narratives) in a document I called "disefa" (DIsguised SExual FAntasies). The first page of this document, in case anyone in my family were to accidentally open it, was a listing of Best Picture winners, 1927-present. I figured the decoy was both predictable enough (I was a sucker for the Oscars) and boring enough that nobody would actually scroll past that first page.

i actually have a folder on my computer called "wank", funnily enough it contains no porn! Haha and people always raise their eyebrows when they see that folder. I have tourettes when it comes to naming folders and files so everything is called like, arse, fuck, fucker, wank etc.

when it's actual porn they'd be in hidden folders with meaningless names e.g. ksjfkajlja

(one friend of mine spent ages categorising all his porn into various folders. eventually, though, he got fed up of the job, and dumped the rest into a single folder called "bored now")
