"JIM LAAAAAAAAD!" There was a wonderful moment recently in 'Coronation Street', when Savident's Fred Elliot - who else? - greeted a female character with a bellowed "ARRRRGH! JIM LAAAAD!" Rather a non sequitur, and very funny.

I'd probably only get 3 of those questions as it was *far too long ago* when I last read that wonderful book. In the summer, amongst much else reading, I plan to read all of RLS' novels and stories...
