I mean I was just innocently googling 'booty flakes' and this thread popped up unannounced. I guess this is what it feels like to be a random googler.

I'm still not sure whether booty flakes are dried fecal matter, dead skin, or a combination of the two, and a few minutes of desultory googling has failed to clear up this issue.

no, his point (by way of analogy) is that the sight of her booty nourishes his eyes in much the same way that the consumption of cornflakes nourishes his body. he is not talking about butt dandruff and/or poop flakes. this is a very important distinction. the urbandictionary sense of bootyflakes is unrelated to the Scrubs sense of bootyflakes.
