I am locked out of my hotmail account!!

I have been locked out of my account for the past few days, and so is another person in this household. My Computer has no viruses, and I am beside myself.

I can't even get a new account as the page comes up as "done" w/ nothing on it.
Please help me, this computers life is getting shorter and shorter every minute! (throwing it out the window is ooking pretty good right now)

Kim, if this is a legitimate request, ask for the help here instead. Posting a phone number cold is not a good idea in a public forum, especially because it usually means it's someone trying to harass someone else.
