Taking Sides (in a fight): Jet Li Vs Ving Rhames Vs A Tempramental Bull Vs Nicky Wire (in a banana suit)

Bulls are vicious - no doubt about it - but if any living man can overcome a bull with a swift roundhouse kick it could be Jet Li. But, with Ving Rhames on his back, and Nicky Wire (in a banana suit) maybe kicking him in the shins and then running away, Li is in for trouble.

My money is on the bull.

Y'know, this is awfully familiar. Haven't you asked this one before calz?

Patrick Kinghorn, Friday, 28 May 2004 13:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Man, Nicky Wire in a banana suit will always crack me up.

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 13:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Your money is always on the bull.

Who would you bet on?

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 15:58 (twenty-one years ago)

I think this one might be a bit of a clunker, calum.

Pashmina (Pashmina), Friday, 28 May 2004 16:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Only because you're not taking it seriously. This would be a good match up.

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 16:24 (twenty-one years ago)

calum you know im a big fan of your figt threads but this paticular one is not well balnced. it is clealry the bull who wins the fight. exept if its a figt to the death. then it might be a draw if the bul cant be arsed to play along anymoer. him being not a canivore and all.

:|, Friday, 28 May 2004 16:26 (twenty-one years ago)

Jet Li might give the bull a run for its money though, no?

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 16:28 (twenty-one years ago)

no way. jet li is a batler of people. he wouldnt know wich bones to break in a bull. also i think that braeking bulls bones is way tougher than breakign human boens. maybe li could poke an eye out but then the bul would be really angry and kill him daed in two secodns flat.

:|, Friday, 28 May 2004 16:43 (twenty-one years ago)

I don't think you're giving Li enough credit. At the very least all three of them could form a circle and try and jump on the bull as it charges, thus slowing it down and allowing Rhames and Li to get a few blows in.

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 17:21 (twenty-one years ago)

uh uh. no taemwork mate. otherwies rhams and li could just hold the bull down while wire choeks the poor creatur with his bananasuit. and jumpign on a bul that charges is imposible. even if li was atached to soem wire fu device he couldnot do it.

:|, Friday, 28 May 2004 17:46 (twenty-one years ago)

also i dont think that rames is all that tough. all fat no muscle.

:|, Friday, 28 May 2004 17:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Calum's cultural references are so 15 quid man. I love it.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 28 May 2004 17:49 (twenty-one years ago)

The rules don't specify no teamwork.

CRW (CRW), Friday, 28 May 2004 18:02 (twenty-one years ago)

yea well. in that case wire or rhames go down first. whoevr is slower. taekn out by the bull. the other two grab the bulls horns while hes busy. then li raeches in the bulls mouth and maks him choke on his own tongue. so the bul is dead and li wins becaues hes the only actaul fighter left in the ring. rames is nothing but an atcor. and old. lets not forget that. and wire could startle li with bad singign for a moment but then he would lose balacne because of his suit and fall over and li would hurt him bad.

so. teamwork yes: bull wins. teamwork no: li wins.
