It's a pretty picture. I was thinking of selling my paintings on ebay, but I fear they would not sell.

Watch out! Beadle's About!

It's a phrase which struck terror into the hearts of a whole nation. And no wonder for Jeremy Beadle was Britain's most notorious practical joker. In this selection of some of the most hilarious moments of all, noboby was safe.

An unsuspecting bed salesman gets a visit from the gloriously misnamed "Golightly Family", whilst a car left in a designated car park is shown to be anything but safe. One man sees his van and his entire business stock falling into the quayside, whilst another finds the Queen Mother is a customer in his shop who leaves without paying. A woman arrives home to find her house being emptied by bailiffs. Another woman arrived home to find "double yellow lines" painted across the roof of her son's car. These are just some of the all-time classics which Beadle and his team have pulled off.

Whatever the situation, everybody loves to see the "victims" falling into the trap.

Check out my other items!

i'm sorry i mocked your dog. i didn't know about the accident (Roberto Spiralli), Wednesday, 17 December 2008 18:25 (sixteen years ago)
