I just had a date that I was dreading; not attracted to, knew she was into me, manuevered into asking if she wanted to hang out. And it turned into a great evening.

Hmm, I can recall only date that I didn't clearly want, and it certainly wasn't better than I expected. I had to tell her that while I liked her, I wasn't interested in her, and that perhaps she was a bit too young for me. It ended with her in tears and me feeling shitty, but it was still good a thing I got that out of my system, because she'd clearly had a crush for me for quite some time already. Better not prolong the obvious.

The obvious is something I'm mildly afraid of though.

I'm not into relationship material, and that's exactly what she isn't. I'm not into random fucking, but that's kind of what I want. I've got an Uncontrollable Urge.
