their was as i recal some talk of making a flying car as i recal about 5 years ago. It featured four downward facing ducted fans for lift and twom in the back for direction. the company never made a flying prototype and even if they had the rang was miserable and you would have reaquired a pilots liscense, so the term 'drive' is innapropriate.

No, what it takes to make me stop posting to ILX would be more server issues/site blocking like I was having a few weeks ago. I mean, if I were in a FLYING CAR and EXCHANGING DNA with a SEXY SPACE-NERD ALIEN SCIENTIST who looked like JEFF GOLDBLUM do you really think I'd be able to control myself from posting to ILX about it?
