The guys have got Judy Garland; who's "it" for dykes?

Have thought long and hard, have come up w: Ozzy Osbourne. Seems to be a favorite among friends. Poss. explanation: notorious antics an obvious pose, the man/boy's struggle to transcend something he won't tell about. Mark I don't quite understand Cliff Richard comment. But then I don't quite understand Cliff Richard, so...

Tracer: point wuz, I guess, in his then extreme youth, CR looked epicene-nay- gurlie, yet in a v.butch and boyish way. This was a moment (didn't last) when the Shads were MASSIVE (rightly so: Hank M = grate), and Cliff was big and hot, pop-wise. He had screaming teens — not Beatlemania-scale, but crazed for its day — and a band of (very) avant-garde distaff lefthanders who decided to go with the strictly surface stuff and out/ adopt him-her. [cf other stuff back on Mel E...]

No need to delete: we can say completely opposite thingz over at ILM.

Grate 19th century QueerCore term — which QC is not, obviously — is "Uranian", as invented and self-applied by the German founder of Gay Lib, in the 1840s, whose name I am for some reason unable to lodge in my head...)

Early Cliff was extremely cool visually. I'm not sure as to why Early Cliff should appeal to lesbians but he looked fantastic in a suit. He really did...if only he hadn't grown up to be Sir Cliff

First series Friends repeat on telly the other day: Ross goes round to his ex-wife's flat and notices a framed picture on a shelf. "Hey! I didn't know you guys had met Huey Lewis!!!" "That's our friend Barbara."
