i have sharp pains in my stomach to go along with what feels like cramps. it hurts soo much and very time i try time i lay down i feel like i'm about to throw up and it's getting worse. what the hell is wrong with me?

Call your doctor, now, and go to the local emergency room if you can't reach her/him. Perhaps you'll be fine, but if it's something serious, like appendicitis, it's better not to wait.

A couple of months ago I had ( I guess similar ) stomach cramps. It just disappeared after a few days. No idea what or why. V painful though. As the others suggest the doctor is the place to go.
