I hear Isobel Campbell is a big fan of Stuart Murdoch's "special" gravy.

Has anyone had the pie from the Royal Oak? It's like a whole MOUNTAIN of pie. It's HUGE!! Same goes for the Hope! Real actual pies are GREAT but you must prepare yrself else yr DOOMED!

I love the Hope too - we should have a Sinister/UCL reunion lunch there someday innit :) Aye, they have steak and ale and it's HUGE! About £6 I tink? They're better known for their sossidges but quite frankly PIE >> Sossidge.

A sossidge pie though would be just wow like man like pet JSL...
