How do i put images on my blog with the new blogger software

I notice that the new backend User Interface @ Blogger has a Upload Image/ File button next to the spell check.

four weeks pass...

everytime i uise the image tag, it thinks its a link tage and refuses to play nice.

I think you can just paste the pic/location into the blog entry. They haven't updated their help pages yet, the scurvy gets.
