one of the few positive sides of working for a company run and staffed by alcoholics is that we've just had a "ribbon-cutting ceremony" out in the atrium/food court for our new building. This amounted to our prez speaking for 10 minutes, and also at least two open bars with beer & wine and free food.

One nice thing about my last job was that occasionally on Fridays they would break out beers left over from the company going to see a baseball game. I miss that. People at my new job don't even drink coffee.

then again, i don't really coffee due to what it does to my digestive system, so different strokes to different croaks, i guess.

I used to work at a movie theater where we'd have showings of movies for the employees a couple days before they came out and we'd always drink at those. It was fun.

Really it's just the fluourescent lighting + hanging around co-workers. The Bouze doesn't do much one way or the other beyond make me realize how little I want to be there in the first place.
