What do you imagine certain ILErs to look like?

I know there are certain threads where you post your picture, and loads of ILErs have met each other, but, if you haven't seen some of these people, how do you imagine they look like from posts alone?

For no real reason, I imagine Madchen_in_uniform to look like Catwoman and Eire Ronan to look like Harry Potter (not the perved over film one, the one on the original book covers). They are just two examples from many.

I am lonely and give much of my day over to idle reflection.

I can remember thinking Tracer looked like a wizened old biker-Peter Fonda lookeylikey, until I saw his picture and saw it couldn't be further from the truth.

Tom I still think looks like Wesley, even though I have seen his picture.

I imagine Menelaus to be like Tinkerbell, with wings and a magic wand. She favours lace and yellow. Don't ask me why. I imagine Rainy to be tall, slim and Indian, (this be because of a friend at Uni called Renuka who we called 'Rainy') , who wears saris and a bindi. She smiles a lot.
They are both gorgeous, natch.

oh well sorry Will, you are in for a disappointment. I think the Dunedin crew are going to laugh when they see me equated with tinkerbell, no lace and yellow for me. I'm far to much of a stirrer for that. do you wear wire frame glasses and cardigans?

I want to get some sleep, I just cant though, damn ILE. i was having a perfectly nice evening out and then I had to cut it short to proofread some stuff for someone and now I have been sucked into this... dammit socialising is hard enough, I am glad I have no work :)

Nicole - that would be GREAT if you could do a cd - no computer at home as of now and can't download @ WERK! I admit I am obsessed with reading the MBTV recaps so have already spoilt it for myself. But I don't call it spoiling, I think they just give extra perspective when you're watching the show itself. If I didn't know they existed I woulda been fine but now they do I can't hold back. I'll drop you a mail about this?

I don't really look much like him. I just like the comparison. My hair is kind of greasy and getting kind of long. Everyone always mentions it cos I can't stop playing with it, apparently if I don't look scruffy I have nothing going for me. That's how it seems anyway, which suits my lifestyle just fine.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a picture of Josh, but imagine him to be tall and lanky, with short but somewhat messy brown hair. Also, he wears contacts usually, but glasses on occasion.

I also don't think I've seen a picture of Nicole, but I imagine her to look identical to a Nicole in my Japanese class. Thin, blond, wears a long black coat everywhere, and smokes.

I have seen a picture of Ned and he looks exactly like how I pictured him.

Not quite! I'm certainly not small, I'm about 5'10". Although I often have shoulder length black hair and red lipstick I currently have much longer red hair and pink lipstick. I like pink this spring.

Before I saw all those pictures Ally posted of him, I imagined Otis as looking like that kid on the cover of Dinosaur Jr.'s Green Mind, but ten years older.

Before I saw that picture of Jess, I thought he looked like Vincente D'Onofrio as a young Orson Welles in Ed Wood. Which is exactly how I thought Anthony looked before I saw his photo.

Back when Dave Q. was Tarden, I pictured him as a cranky world music fan/rave kid, looking sort of like Perry Farrell on the cover of that new record. I'm sure Dave's gonna love that vision. Probably because Tarden sounds like Tarkan, that gay Turkish disco singer. Or Tarsem, the director of The Cell. I didn't make the Cockpit connection. Now I think of him as looking kinda Albini-esque, but handsomer.

I imagine Dr. C as looking like one of the guys in Heaven 17.
