So obv, we've all been away, and as I find myself redundantised away from my wonderful old broadband link and not around at all until today (tues), 3 days after the startup, I find I'm number eleven in the chart!

Granted, I shall no doubt fall away as I very much doubt I'll be around as much as before, but I did expect to have crashed out of the top fifty by now. But no. Eleven. Sheeh.

I'm probably nowhere even remotely near the Top 50, considering how I've been at a loss for words pretty much every place.

I read threads and want to participate in them, but then... nothing.

I'm hovering at around 40 on both ILM and ILE. I think the only reason I was rated so high (#3, I think?) on ILM before was that stupid "sounds like Low and Leonard Cohen" thread I participated in. I really don't post much compared to some.

Aaron -- I can sorta relate. I would LOVE to participate more on ILM, but most of the time I don't see anything I can offer to the threads, and even when I *do* participate in them, people over there just ignore me. Like, I tried posting in three threads over there recently and I found myself in the unenviable position of thread killer. At this rate I think I'd be better confining any sort of discussion I want to have, including deep music-related discussion, to THIS board, and just tell ILM to fuck itself. Or something.
