i dunno whether this will work or not.. but instead of Excelsior Thread, this is the thread where you paste quotes of people who are OTM. i.e. not necesarily teh funnehz, just OTM. For easy reference of good OTM posts on ILX.

hey it might even make people strive to be OTM more often, rather than just sending snarky remarks all day in order to try and obtain Excelsior fame.
