what day do you hate the most?

i know that it is very popular to hate mondays. i understand why, but i don't hate them the most. i hate tuesdays more than mondays. why? a couple of reasons. first, my day is split between both jobs on mondays, so i'm always busy and never bored. second, i have problems sleeping on sunday nights (the whole 'back to school' worrying about stuff thing), and while i can power through monday, by tuesday i'm just exhausted. and there's still three days to go! three, there's hardly ever any meetings or anything on tuesdays, so the day is just me sitting at my computer getting increasingly bored.

are you traditional and hate mondays? or do you dislike another day for some other reason?

Mondays are OK - everyone's in that '"Ach, it's Monday, what a pain" mode so no one gets on your back too much about work. Tuesdays are rubbish, yes.

I'm right behind you with the Tuesday hate! Mondays aren't pleasant either with the having to get out of bed early after the weekend thing, but I'm usually in a better mood having spent the previous 2 days relaxing/having fun.

Tuesday is just crap. The weekend is still days away and you have to actually do the work you put off on Monday because you couldn't be arsed.

i hate tuesday the most too i think. because i can't even moan about it like i can on a monday (kinda xpost), and also my friend has the busy days on tuesday and making calling at work harder.

Sundays, by far. Because I know I have to go back to work the next day. I also find them incredibly boring.

i don't know the weeks go so fast for me - i really don't have a day i hate or love more. sunday mornings are really nice when you have nothing planned and just kotch/recover from ruin all day tho. i am fine with mondays.

But... you're not actually at work on Sunday, so surely it's better than a day when you're at work?

I never seem to have enough leisure time to get bored on Sundays these days I need MORE TIME OFF. NOW.

yes I agree with hating Sundays, nothing but Grand Prix, Eastenders, or Vernon Kay on the telly.

Tuesdays at work are the worst though.

I hate Thursdays, because Monday is deadline day and Thursdays are always the day when I realise I have been to lazy and have way too much to do and will have to work during the weekend.

I like this particular Tuesday because none of my supervisors are in today so I can spend it browsing ilx and listening to 60s girl group comps I dled from Soulseek :)

I'm always TRIPPIN on Sunday, if Saturday went wrong somehow. Thursday's shit too because I often treat it like Friday when it's really Thursday, then it's Friday. HELP!

In high school I had this whole system worked out:

Monday - good because you're fresh and ready
Tuesday - residual fresh, readiness
Wednesday - school was over an hour early, good day
Thursday - fuckall. Terrible day.
Friday - brilliant, because it' s the weekend.

Doesn't work any more, lacking half-wednesdays. But I still dislike Thursdays.

Wednesday is a little bit worse than Tuesday, because you're a bit more tired, the weekend is still a while away and there's always crap telly on in the evenings.

Thursdays are fine! The weekend is in sight and you can go out and have a night on tiles if you want because, hey - the next day is Friday and struggling through on no sleep and a hangover is doable.
