I need to remove stuff from my works pc. Where do I find my internet control panel?

That's the Internet Control panel? I thought there was a more specific one. I was looking for the General Tab so I can delete all these temporary files....

also, go into "file->preferences" or something. there should be a window that lets you monkey about with the file cache, and clear it out.

Tools>Internet Options>Remove pr0n

send an email to your boss, telling him not to look at your internet cache.
