Buying A Cheap Laptop in Central London Next Monday

I'm gonna be in town for a few hours next week and I'd like to buy the best new or used laptop I can get for about £400 - £500 or so. Can anyone give me any recommendations as to where to look?

Yipee!!! That was a bargain. Mind you I'd forgotten though how quickly the batteries on these things run down, after half an hour of wi-fi fun I'm out of juice. Does anyone know of anywhere in London where they'll let me charge it up while I surf?

Problems. Couldn't find the computer problems thread.

I'm having problems with the pc in that the mouse automatically goes to any link or file which is highlighted or that it is positioned over, which is extremely irritating. Is there a simple solution to this?
