Just a trial balloon here, but I wonder if anyone could help me with some issues I've been having with my staff. I'm becoming increasingly convinced they they are using the internet for large portions of the working day. We allow it for minimal personal use, but every time I turn around they make a big fuss about minimizing their windows -- and raising my suspicions.
I haven't had any training in this area, and am afraid to confront them directly in case I've got the wrong end of the stick. If any of you could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.
